Which, ahem, "internets" clichés do you wish would go away already?
1. Well, we can start by stopping the use of the word "internets", "interwebs" or any variation thereof to describe the internet. It was only funny for a brief second back in 2004 when President Bush used the term in all seriousness.
2. LOL-or-ROFL anything. LOLercopter, LOLercoaster, ROFLcopter, LOLcano. And there are even ACSII images to go with a couple of those, if not all.
3. DaMnIt, sToP tYpInG lIkE tHiS!
4. The use of "chatspeak" or chat room shorthand in actual blog entries.
And as far as internet memes go.
I'm still not tired of:
Lolcats, but it's getting to the point where Lolspeak is leaking outside the macros into everyday internet interaction, and I'm going to start hating it. :/
ORLY? / YA RLY and that owl or variants thereof haven't gotten me tired yet surprisingly... I still find them amusing.
Badger, badger, badger MUSHROOM! The Numa Numa guy! BANANAPHONE! The Llama Song! Peanut Butter Jelly Time! Chuck Norris jokes! DO NOT WANT! All the 300 and THIS IS SPARTA randomness! Each still make me giggle, though I get annoyed after a minute or so. LOL!
On the flip side of that, you can completely KEEP the likes of:
Goatse, Tub Girl, Lemon Party and 2 Girls 1 Cup. It's just utter
revolting grossness, honestly. I came across Goatse completely by
accident awhile back and I'm scarred for life thank you very much. UGH.
There are just certain things you cannot unsee.
What's your morning beverage of choice? Coffee, tea, juice? Homemade or store-bought?
Coffee, man. Nice and strong, cream and two sugar. I'm no good until I've had my coffee. If bought outside, meaning I haven't made it myself, I'll go for Starbucks.
What treats do the kids in your family leave out for Santa? What treats did you leave for him as a child?
Well I'm not sure, there are only the two boys of my uncle's now, everyone else is all grown up. Don't know what they do. When I was a kid, we'd leave out cookies and egg nog for Santa and a couple of carrots for the reindeer. :)
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year to everyone out there in Vox land! xxoo!

I would have to say Stevie Wonder's "Songs In The Key Of Life" (1976). It's his masterwork. A double album, it garnered a few hit singles and has to date sold over 10 million units. There was a special EP that came with certain versions of the LP called "A Something's Extra" as well. Track Listing:
Disc One:Love's In Need of Love Today
Have A Talk With God
Village Ghetto Land
Contusion
Sir Duke
I Wish
Knocks Me Off My Feet
Pastime Paradise
Summer Soft
Ordinary Pain
Disc Two:
Isn't She Lovely
Joy Inside My Tears
Black Man
Ngiculela - Es Una Historia (I Am Singing)
If It's Magic
As (Always)
Another Star
A Something's Extra (EP)
Saturn
Ebony Eyes
All Day Sucker
Easy Goin' Evening (My Mama's Call)
It's amazing, and there isn't one track on there that doesn't move you in some way. It's still covered and sampled all the time.
Here are a couple of songs I thought I'd share from the album:
Show us something that makes you cross.

Who's the most annoying person on TV?
Oh that's easy. Dr. Phil.
The annoying arse.
Oh, and the runner up?
Kelly Ripa.Um don't believe me? Watch her stupid Tide To Go Pen commercials sometime. Particularly the one with her husband, in the restaurant singing "Na Na Hey Hey (Kiss Him Goodbye)" in the most off key, annoying bray ever.
